He has published in various books and journals in the general areas of citizen participation and health policy.;STUART LANGTON is Lincoln Filene Professor of Citizenship and Public Administration at Tufts University and is Executive Director of the Lincoln Filene Center for Citizenship and Public Administration. He has served as consultant to over 100 government agencies and non-profit organizations.
