| Abstract: | Responsibility system of leading cadres level by level and post responsibility system is an important guarantee for modern policing mechanism to operate in order and high efficiently. But there are many defects in current administrative system to contain the implementation of post responsibility system. We must steadily promote the construction of post responsibility system in the new way of thinking and with the practical spirit. |
