| Abstract: | There have been great achievements of village and township enterprises in China's reform for twenty years,but there lies many difficulties at present.By analyzing the situation of personnel structure,this article puts forward that only we make personnel structure innovation and improve the quality of five kinds of personnel,can the village and township enterprises achieve sustainable competitive capability. |
