| 摘 要： | 赣州由于经济相对落后,尽管社会组织已经有了一定的发展基础,并拥有加快其发展的现实条件和成功案例,但新形势下,面对基本公共服务发展的新要求,存在一些制约社会组织发展的因素,需从理念定位、制度安排、机制构建及实践着力点等层面,探究社会组织在提供基本公共服务中的重要作用,以推动和谐赣州的发展。

| Abstract: | Due to the relatively sluggish economic development,there are still some factors constraining the development of social organizations in Ganzhou in the new situations where it is confronted with the new demand of basic public services development.Consequently,efforts should be made to probe into the key role of social organizations in providing basic public services from the aspects of concepts positioning,institutional arrangements,mechanism construction and practice focus,etc,so as to promote and harmonize Ganzhou in terms of its development. |
