摘    要:焦磷酸测序技术是一类高通量、稳定、无需电泳、实时检测和定量的自动化测序技术,并广泛地应用于序列分析、遗传变异检测及定量分析的领域。对该技术的新进展及其在法医学和群体遗传学的应用作一综述。

Abstract:Pyrosequencing method is a high throughout, stable, no gel electrophoresis, real-time detection and good quantitative method.It is widely used in the field of sequence analysis, mutation detection and quantitative analysis.In this paper, we re-viewed recent advances and discussed new applications of this technique in forensic science and population genetic areas.
