| 摘 要： | 滨海新区涉外经济管理体制创新,就是紧密结合滨海新区开发开放的现实需要,在合理合法的前提下,对滨海新区涉外经济管理体制各个主要方面进行创新。滨海新区涉外经济管理体制创新包括涉外金融管理体制、外资管理体制、外贸管理体制、海关管理体制等方面的创新。文章对涉外经济管理体制的基本问题进行系统研究,并在此基础上对滨海新区涉外经济管理体制的内涵、外延、特征等进行梳理。

| Abstract: | The innovation of Binhai New Area＇s economic management system concerning foreign affairs is to innovate at the main aspects of it according to the real need of Binhai New Area＇s exploitation and opening to the outside world. The Innovation consists of financial management system, foreign investment management system, foreign trade management system and custom management system. The article stud- ies the essential questions of Binhai New Area＇s economic management system concerning foreign affairs at first, then studies the connotation, extension and characters of it. |
