元明清时期傣族成文法的形成与变迁

元代以后,傣族社会被纳入到中央王朝的政治体系中,随着中央集权的强化和南传上座部佛教的传入,傣族社会发生了巨大的变化。元代傣族的社会法律规范只是习惯法,至明清时才形成了成文法,其成文法一是体现了内地地主经济因素的影响,二是佛教精神成为其重要原则。

On the Formation and Change of the Dai Written Law in the Yuan, the Ming and the Qing Dynasty

The Dai society had gone through great transformation during the Yuan,the Ming and the Qing Dynasty.As a result,the legal culture,an essential part of Dai socio-culture,had also seen three great changes during this period: 1.The Ming Dynasty saw the emergence of the written law of the Dai Nationality.2.The Yuan and the Ming Dynasty saw the transfer of the customary law to the written law.3.The Ming and the Qing Dynasty saw many changes in the written law of the Dai Nationality.
