Songhua River's Transnational Pollution and the Importance Of Enterprises Environmental Liability

Since Stockholm Declaration was signed in 1972,the global environment protection movement began.In the new century,the international society pay much more attention at hability of enterprises.And li- ability of enterprises extends to environment protection.This thesis suggest that people should make the knowl- edge about environmental liability of enterprises from moral,legal system and international legal system,and leads enterprises to go to the way of persisted advancement.
