| 摘 要： | 现代化的公司、企业除了追求利润和承担其法定义务外,还应承担相应的社会责任.在这些社会责任中,首要的是人权责任.中国若想融入全球经济,公司、企业应对经营目标和经营理念重新定位,关注人权,承担责任,保障消费群体的健康,为我国的人权事业作出贡献.
