| 摘 要： | 在知识成为资本的条件下,知识生产方式的变化使创新的机制发生改变。区域创新的绩效越来越取决于区域内大学、产业与政府间的互动程度及知识在各机构之间的流动和扩散,而大学逐渐成为区域创新的组织者和核心。大学、产业与政府的新型创新模式在创新主体、创新内容、创新机制等方面都有新的突破,是创新模式的创新。

| Abstract: | With knowledge being a kind of capital,the changes in knowledge production bring about the transformation of innovation mechanism.The performances of regional innovation depend more and more on the interaction and the mobility and diffusion of knowledge among the university,the industry and the government.Universities grow into the organizer and core of regional innovation.The new-style University-Industry-Government relations are essential to promote regional competitiveness and they have practical significances to advancing endogenous innovation in China. |
