韩国新村运动经验之于我国新农村建设的局限性分析

新农村建设是我国农村改革与发展进入的一个新阶段，需要更多尊重已有的改革基础和经验，谨慎对待国外的农村建设经验。针对近期掀起的学习韩国新村运动的热潮，本文分别从政府在农村建设中的角色与作用、农村建设目的的差异、农村建设组织方式与建设主体三个方面探讨了韩国新村运动的经验得失，并比较了中韩之间的异同，认为韩国经验在适用我国农村建设方面存在很大局限，不可照搬。

An Analysis of the limitations of South Korean Experiences of New Village Movement for Chinese Construction of New Village

The Construction of New Village signifies a new stage in China's rural reform and development.We need to pay more attention to the achievements and experience of the reforms implemented by now and be cautious about the rural construction experience of other countries.With regard to the current wave of emulating the Korean experience of New Village Movement,this article analyzes the strengths and shortcomings of the Korean experience and compares the conditions of China and Korea from three aspects,the role and function of the government in rural construction,the differences in purpose of rural construction,and the mode of organization and the responsible agent in rural construction.It argues that there are many limitations in applying the Korean experience to China and it should not be copied simplistically.
