| Abstract: | As the present judicial identification system in China has already lagged behind the reform of the main judicial system,the reform of the judicial identification system is at hand.Studying from the foreign experience and according to the situation of our country,we should make unitive law of the judicial identification as quickly as possible.At the same time,much attention should be payed to construct the operation troops and to improve the judicial identification. |
