| 摘 要： | 宗法制不仅是古代政治制度的基础,同时也是婚姻制度的基础。宗法制婚姻在周初定型,并在春秋乱世中得到巩固。宗法制使一妻多妾制成为宗周社会婚姻的基本形态,将聘娶婚变成婚姻的合法程序。宗法制婚姻满足了宗法政治的需要,并使婚姻政治化。春秋时期宗法制婚姻的稳定发展催生了宗法制婚姻伦理观念的觉醒,也为后世婚姻道德建设奠定了基础。
