| 摘 要： | 为适应飞速发展的社会需要,大学生的创新素质培养应作为高校素质教育的重要内容。大学生创造力的发展主要包括冒险性、好奇心、想象力、挑战性四个基本特质。另外,其创造力的发展和个性、环境等各种相关因素也有密切的关系。
