关于创建学习型交警队伍的探索

建设学习型交警队伍,是落实科教强警战略,构建现代警务机制,实现公安交管工作和队伍建设跨越式发展的内在要求和必由之路。交警工作是一项社会工程,涉及社会的方方面面,是政府部门联系群众的窗口。因此,要做好这项工作需要交警掌握专业法律法规和相关业务知识以及处理问题的方式方法,这就需要交警不断地加强学习,提高素质和技能。本文在明确学习型组织与学习型交警队伍的涵义、特征及创建学习型交警队伍重要意义的基础上,探索了创建学习型交警队伍的主要途径,为公安机关道路交通安全管理部门的队伍建设提供参考。

On the Exploration of Building Learning-type Traffic Police Team

Building a learning-type traffic police team is the inherent requirements and the only way to implement the strategy of"invigorating police through science and education,to build modern policing mechanism and to achieve the great development of the public security traffic control work and team.Traffic police work is a social project,involving all aspects of society,is the window of government departments connecting with the masses.Therefore,the traffic police need to do this work to master the professional knowledge of laws,regulations and related businesses as well as ways and means to deal with the problem,which requires traffic police continue to enhance learning,improve the quality and skills.This paper makes clear the definition,characteristics and meaning of the organization and team of the traffic police of learning type,explores the main way of creating a traffic police of learning type,provides reference for team building of road safety administration organs.
