| 摘 要： | 非公有制企业开展群众性经济技术创新工程有坚实的理论基础。非公有制企业劳动关系的特点决定了其必要性, 劳动价值论的新发展为其提供了价值依据, 同时, 这项工程也很好地适应了我国分配制度改革的要求。

| Abstract: | There is a solid theoretical basis for non-state owned enterprises to develop the project of massive economic technological innovation. The characteristics of industrial relations in non-state owned enterprises determine the necessity of the project. Besides, the new development in the theory of labor value provides the value basis for it. Meanwhile, this project also well meets the need of reform in distribution system in China. |
