军队参与联合国维持和平行动的国内立法问题研究

A Study of Legislative Problem of The Military participation In The UN Peace-keeping Operation

The law is an important guarantee for the army troops in participating UN peace - keeping operations. However, because the history of our country＇s army participation in UN peacekeeping operations is short, China＇s relevant laws and regulations are not sound at present. Importance should be attached to legislative theories. The stipulation of laws and regulations on army troops in participating UN peace - keeping operations should be based on the participation practice to study and solve the problems after deep thought, unceasingly enriching and improving systematic design. Meanwhile,＂ from bottom to top, specialty after synthesis＂ legislative mode should be stuck to, and pay attention to disposing of the relations between quantity and quality of legislation.
