| 摘 要： | 由于体制或制度因素的影响 ,农村和城市居民存在着不同的消费层次 ,又由于消费倾向普遍偏低 ,造成需求不旺。因此 ,刺激消费需求 ,应针对农村、城市不同消费层次分类治理 ,区别对待 ,在进行工资等分配体制配套改革的同时 ,推进农村的城镇化进程 ,进一步缩小城乡差距。

| Abstract: | The enfluence of the institution has made the cause of the different consumptive levels existing in city and country.The commonly low consumptive tend incurs the lower demand.Therefore,in order to stimulate the consumptive demand,there must be the administration according to classification,and different disposal;there must be the quicken progress of transposing rural area into city or town and the reduction of the distance between city and country. |
