| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是党的指导思想的又一创新,是全面建设小康社会有力的思想武器。实践科学发展观,关键取决于一支用科学发展观武装起来的、具有贯彻落实科学发展观能力的高素质干部队伍。而建设这样一支干部队伍,党校作为干部教育的主渠道、主阵地,必须适应形势和任务的要求,以科学发展观为统领,解放思想,大胆创新,消除一切制约因素,切实提高管理水平和教学水平。
