论科技新闻报道失实的法律规制

On Legal Regulation of Science and Technology News False Reporting

With the constant progress of science and technology,science and technology news has received more and more attention.At the same time,some false science and technology reports often appear in the line of sight of people,misleading the audience and causing great negative impact to society.This paper analyzes and discuses the causes of this phenomenon,and put forward not only science and technology news practitioners should actively improve the scientific consciousness and sense of social responsibility,more importantly,in aspect of legal regulations,the relevant departments should also strengthen the news supervision system construction and standardization,so as to reduce and avoid such errors occur frequently in news reports.
