| 摘 要： | 扩大和发展农村基层民主是我国社会主义民主政治建设的重大课题。经过多年的探索和实践,我们党领导亿万农民找到了一条适合中国国情的、推进农村基层民主政治建设的途径,这就是实行村民自治。如今它已成为我国农村扩大基层民主和提高农村治理水平的一种有效方式。改革开放30年来村民自治的发展历程以及它所取得的成就,蕴涵了丰富的民主政治建设的经验和启示,深刻理解之,对于今天我们推进社会主义民主政治建设意义重大而深远。
