| 摘 要： | 我国警察行政自由裁量权的存在有其必然性,但在行使中还存在不少问题。所以,必须科学设定警察行政自由裁量权的运行边界;积极加强人民警察职业道德与操守建设;进一步完善公安机关内部警务监督;努力构建警察执法责任制度。

| Abstract: | It is inevitable that there is police power of free executive decision in our country, but in exercise, there are quite a few problems, so we must scientifically define its operation; positively strengthen the construction of police professional ethics and behavior; further improve supervision of internal affairs in police organ; strive to frame the responsibility system of law enforcement by police. |
