俄罗斯加入世贸组织与我国对俄投资

俄罗斯加入WTO的谈判尽管仍存在困难，但迟早会正式成为WTO成员。俄罗斯加入WTO后必须遵守WTO规则要求，投资环境进一步趋好，扩大市场准入，将为我国提供难得的发展机遇。但俄罗斯加入WTO并不意味着对俄投资风险已完全消除，我国对俄投资仍将面临诸多挑战。特别是在当前俄罗斯开始重塑投资形象的新形势下，我国应合理调控对俄投资规模，优化对俄投资主体，强化对俄投资管理，构建对俄投资风险评估体系，努力实现对俄投资互利共赢。

Russia Entering the WTO and China's Investment into Russia

Although the talks on Russia entering the WTO are not easy, Russia will,sooner or later,become the member of it.After entering the WTO,Russia must abide by the rides and regulations of it,its investment environment would become better, its market entry permission would expend. All of these will provide our country a good opportunity of development. But Russia entering the WTO doesn＇ t mean no investment risks in Russia. Our country will face all kinds of challenges in the investment to Russia. Especially in a new situation of Russia portraying its image again at present,our country should reasonably adjust its scope of investment, rationalize its investment mainstay , strengthen its investment administration,create its assessment system of investment risks and try to achieve a mutual benefit and winwin investment.
