| 摘 要： | 国有企业商业银行不良资产的法律成因是法律制度不完善以及法律对各种金融市场主体的软约束。完善相关法律,强化执法力度,营造良好的法治环境,使国有商业银行在处置不良资产的同时完成制度创新,推动国民经济健康稳定地发展。

One of the causes which make it formed is the influence of factors such as legislation,enforcing,ect. This paper gives some probing about law causes and strategies. |
