| 摘 要： | 警察救济是法律救济的一种。我们将侵权行为的实施主体为警察机关及其工作人员的法律救济行为统称为警察救济。警察救济的根本目的就是为了对公民或者组织的合法权益遭受到警察机关及其工作人员的违法或不当损害进行赔偿，进而达到对警察机关及其工作人员的行为实现规制的目的。

| Abstract: | Police relief is a kind of legal relief.We take all the legal relief acts that the implementers of the violations do for the police authorities and their staff as the police relief.The fundamental purpose of police relief is to give compensation to the citizens or organizations whose legitimate rights and interests are illegal or improper damaged by the police authorities and its staff,to achieve the purpose of regulating the behaviors of the police organs and their staff members. |
