On the Postgraduate-cultivating Mechanism under Network-based Environment

The reform and innovation of postgraduate-cultivating mechanism is an important component of China's postgraduate education and management in the new era.The coming age of information networking based on network technology and multimedia teaching brings about a profound change in postgraduate-cultivating mechanism.This paper first analyzes the characteristics and new development trends of postgraduate-cultivating mechanism under the information networking environment;then discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the on China's postgraduate education and management.And based on the tremendous advantages of network environment this paper finally provides effective ways and means of building the networking,modernization,internationalization and harmonization of postgraduate-cultivating mechanism.
