On"the Green Assesses"of the Local Legislates

"Green assesses" in this paper is the idea about legislative procedure include the sustainable development theory,set up the concrete and feasible index system from three aspects of economy,society,environment,accord with the demand of sustainable development to assess the legislation of each field.The final purpose lies in ensuring the local legislates to realize every demand of the sustainable development strategy,promote sustainable development to reflect in legislating abundantly.This paper probes into local legislate "green assesses" production origin,main frame,content,and the next developing direction,expect through injecting the sustainable idea of development into the legislative procedure,realize developing win-win with ecological environmental protection.
