| Abstract: | Scientific nature of the party＇s ruling mode has close relations to the reinforcement of party＇s riding position as well as long-term stability of the state. The transformation of the party＇ s traditional ruling mode will be achieved by the combination of sticking to the party＇ s leading and ruling position and assuring people＇ s position as masters as well as sticking to principle of opening up and seeking truth from facts. |
