浅谈警察执法权益的保障

近几年来,暴力袭警等侵犯警察执法权益的恶性事件频繁发生,分析其原因,既有主观方面的,也有客观方面和法律方面的。对此,公安机关必须转变观念,增强警察维权意识,加强民警的培训与训练,提高抵制侵害的能力和战斗力,完善警务装备体系;同时加强法制宣传,营造良好的执法环境,完善立法,为警察执法权益保障提供法律支持以及建立并发挥警察执法权益保护专门组织的作用,也是保障警察执法权益的必要措施。

In recent years, the fatal incidents of infringing upon the police rights in law enforcement such as attacking the police violently and so on happen frequently. These incidents not only have their subjective causes but also objective and legal causes. As far as the situation is concerned, public security organs must change ideas, heighten the police consciousness of ensuring their legal rights and interests and improve the e quipment system. At the same time, public security organs should provide legal safeguard for ensuring the police rights and exploit the advantages of special organizations in order to ensure the police legal rights in enforcing the law.
