| 摘 要： | 美国D&O责任保险始创于20世纪30年代,历经了七十余年的发展,已成为世界上最完备、最复杂和最有影响力的责任保险制度。我国的D&O责任保险发展了近5年,虽然取得了一些进展,但是却存在较多的问题与争议。因此,分析和研究美国的D&O责任保险制度可以给我们诸多启示。

| Abstract: | US D&O Liability Insurance System was originally set up in the 1930s.Nowadays,with the development of almost 70 years,it has become the most perfect,complex and influencing Liability Insurance System in the world.Chinese D&O Liability Insurance System has developed for 5 years and made a great improvement.However,it has brought out a lot of problems and disputation.So,we may get many good revelations from analyzing and researching US D&O Liability Insurance System. |
