| 摘 要： | 语言和文化是相互依存的,对法律英语词汇意义的确定受文化因素的影响,脱离文化背景进行词义确定往往会造成错误理解甚至无法理解.因此,在法律英语词汇教学中应重视文化的导入,尤其是法律文化的导入;并注意导入形式的生动活泼.如融戏剧表演于教学活动是理想选择之一.

| Abstract: | Language and culture are interdependent. Culture influences the meaning of legal English words and phrases. To break away the cultural context while ascertaining the meaning of legal English words and phrases often leads to misunderstanding and misuse. Therefore,the infusion of cultural elements,especially legal culture elements,should be taken seriously in legal English glossary teaching activities.
