| 摘 要： | 党的心理建设和党的思想、政治、组织、作风和制度建设一样,是党的建设理论的重要组成部分。加强党的心理建设对于提高党的执政能力和保持党的先进性具有十分重要的作用。加强党的心理建设应坚持实事求是、以人为本、与时俱进的原则,通过注重培养教育、完善制度建设、增强自我调适等途径,提高党的心理建设水平。

| Abstract: | Party building in mentality is an important component of the theory of Party building like party building in ideology,politics,organization,style of work and institution.Strengthening party building in mentality plays an important role in strengthening the Party’s governance capability and vanguard nature.In strengthening party building in mentality,we need to adhere to the principles of seeking truth from facts,people first and keeping up with time,and focus on training and education of the Party members,improvement of institutions and Party members’ self-adjustment ability. |
