| 摘 要： | 网络是把双刃剑,它在传播现代文明的同时,也带来一些不安定因素,对网民尤其是对于涉世不深的青少年,产生很大的负面影响,甚至使得青少年违法乱纪。青少年犯罪是个社会问题,预防和减少青少年由于网络而引发的犯罪,同样需要社会的关注和各个方面的密切配合,采取切实可行的措施和办法。

| Abstract: | The network has multiple functions. While it spreads modern civilization it brings about some destabilizing factors. It has great negative impact on netizens especially to the teenagers who seldom contact with society even misleads them to break the law. The juvenile delinquency is a social problem. Preventing and reducing the juvenile delinquency caused by the network needs close attention of the society so that we can take feasible measures . |
