| 摘 要： | 当前,我国农民的法律意识突出表现为轻法意识、畏法意识、无讼意识、伦理意识等。产生这一状况的原因是多方面的,既有法律自身的问题,也有历史文化方面的原因,还有法律运行状况及社会控制层面的原因。因此,应多渠道培育农民的现代法律意识,从而实现农村乃至整个国家的法律建设目标。

| Abstract: | At present, the ligal consciorusness of Chinese farmers is featuring belittling and fearing laws, not filing a lawsuit and highly valuing ethics above laws. The reasons for the above features are many and complex.To attain the goal of ruling rural areas and the whole country by law ,we should cultivate the modern legal consciousness of farmers through as many channels as possible. |
