我国地方保护主义的效应探析

地方保护主义在不同的阶段表现出不同的特点,保护手段也由"硬"转"软",由"明"转"暗"。对于地方保护主义的效应分析,从短时期和局部来看有一定益处,但从长期和全局来看,它造成了效率的降低,分配的不公平,乃至整个国家经济的衰败和没落。打破地方保护主义,建立一个统一大市场,统一竞争秩序和规则,是当前一项紧迫的任务。

Effects Analysis of Local Protectionism in China

The manifestation of local protectionism demonstrates different features in different phases,the means of protection have changed from tough to flexible,and from open to secret as well.Judging from the effects of local protectionism,it does have benefit in some degree from short-term and partial perspective;however,it leads to the reduction of efficiency,unfair distribution,as well as downfall of the whole national economy in long-term and global view.
