两大理论成果内在的、必然的联系

在中国共产党的历史上,党领导人民进行了两次伟大革命,形成了两大理论成果,即毛泽东思想和邓小平理论。这两大理论成果存在着内在的、必然的联系。首先,它们是一脉相承的统一的科学体系;其次,邓小平理论是毛泽东思想的继承和坚持;再次,邓小平理论在许多方面发展创新了毛泽东思想。不能把邓小平理论和毛泽东思想对立起来,割裂开来。只有不丢掉马列主义、毛泽东思想这个根本,才能更好地高举邓小平理论伟大旗帜。

On the Internal and Natural Relationship between the Two Great Theoretical Achievements

Throughout history, the Chinese Communist Party undertook two great revolutions with its people and achieved two great theoretical achievements: Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping's Theory. There is an internal and natural relationship between the two. Firstly, they are an integrate scientific system that can be traced to the same origin; secondly, Deng Xiaoping's Theory is the inheritance of and adherence to Mao Zedong Thought; thirdly, Deng Xiaoping's Theory is a development and an enriching of Mao Zedong Thought in many aspects. Thus, the two theories cannot be separated or set against each other. Deng Xiaoping's Theory will be applied to practice well provided that the basis of Marxism and Mao Zedong Thought is not to be ignored.
