群体性事件的心理学研究

群体性事件参与者具有失衡、不信任、造势和法不责众的心理特征.党委、政府和有关部门要充分应用心理学原理,准确把握群体性事件参与者的心理特征,做到:1.引导参与者保持正常的心态,消除失衡心理;2.赢得参与者对党委政府的理解和支持,消除不信任心理;3.及时分化瓦解参与者,消除造势心理;4.保持震慑态势,消除法不责众心理.

Psychological Research on Group Conflict

The individual in the group conflict usually believes that the law wonl punish the mess and holds unbalance, dis-trust psychological state. According to psychological theory, department concerned should get a clear picture of the psychological character of the participants, and some steps can be taken: firstly, to lead the participants keep in a normal psychological state and remove unbalanced mood; to make the participants understand and support the Party committee and the government and re-lease distrust mood; thirdly, to dismiss them in time and avoid the conflict going to the worse; finally, deterrence should be de-livered to crush the myth that law wont punish the mess.
