以“勤”为先 做好学员管理工作

培养讲政治、讲纪律、讲奉献的合格警官是新世纪警察教育的核心宗旨。在对公安院校学员进行培养的过程中,学员队长对学生的管理工作至关重要。学员队长应当深入学员之中去,做到“五勤”,即手勤、眼勤、脑勤、嘴勤、腿勤,以“勤”字当头,真正达到“教书育人、管理育人、服务育人”的目的。

The ultimate purpose of police education in the new century is to foster qualified police officers with political awareness,good discipline and devotion.Tutors in the police academies play a vital role in the student administration work in the process of fostering the students.The tutors should get involved into the lives of the students and to be diligent in: hands,eyes,brains,mouth and legs,give priority to diligence and to achieve the goal of "to educate with teaching,to educate with administration,to educate with service".
