| 摘 要： | 中国大学生就业政策大体分为三个阶段,而女大学生就业状况也分时各异。在当前阶段,女大学生就业状况更为艰难,本文从公共政策角度审视女大学生就业困境的原因,探讨符合中国国情的解决该困境的政策选择。

| Abstract: | The policies targeting the employment of Chinese college students have gone through three stages.Women college students' employment have had different situations in the different stages.In the current stage,women college students' employment situations are more difficult.So this paper looks for the reasons that cause the employment predicament of the women college students from a public policy perspective,and discusses policy options for China to overcome the difficulties. |
