| 摘 要： | 金融危机不仅影响企业发展,对职工心理也带来巨大影响,职工安全感、稳定感下降,此外,容易引发群体性事件。工会应加强职工心理疏导,防止负性情绪在职工中传播,使问题在第一时间、第一环节以最小成本解决,以促进劳动关系和谐发展。

| Abstract: | The international financial crisis has the negative impacts on the development of an enterprise and the state of mind of workers.The workers have the senses of insecurity and unstability,and it may increase the group events.To prevent the spread of negative emotions among the workers,the trade union organizations ought to strengthen the psychological intervention for workers in order to promote the development of harmonious society. |
