| 摘 要： | 对于权力的正确观念应当来自一个社会的民主传统、民主意识、民主制度,这些是正确权力观的基础和保障。没有约束的权力是危险的权力,必须培养现代民主精神,建立有效的民主机制,以防止权力的滥用和失控,从而保障人民的正当利益不受侵害,保证人民主权原则的实现。

Democracy Is The Besis And Guarantee Of Acquiring Correct Idea Of Power |

| Abstract: | A correct idea of power should stem from democratic tradition,democratic spirit and democratic system of a society,they are the basis and the guarantee of the correct idea of power.The power without restraint is danger.We should foster mordern democratic spirit and establish efficiently democratic system,in order to prevent the power from abusing and becoming out of control.And then,the proper intrests of the people can be protected. |
