| 摘 要： | 员工持股制度不失为构建现代企业制度的有效途径之一 ,我国现阶段亦在逐步实践当中。本文拟从介绍发达及发展中国家员工持股制度概况入手 ,分析其从确立、发展到完善的历史背景、理论依据及立法模式 ,探索借鉴其成功做法和先进经验 ,以充实和完善我国社会主义市场经济条件下具有中国特色的员工持股制度
