| 摘 要： | 社会进步与时代的迅猛发展,尤其是高职教育不断变化的严峻形势,给高职女教师的职业发展带来许多矛盾与冲突,工作中的疏离和困惑等消极情绪导致其身心健康每况愈下。必须从其行为和生活方式入手,把科学的体育锻炼作为一种重要的生活方式,不断提高其自我保健意识、建立系统完整的保健方法,将健康的权利、责任与命运掌握在自己的手中,保障身心的和谐与健康。

| Abstract: | Social progress and swift of time,in particular with the stern situation of unceasingly changes in advanced vocational education has brought female teachers many contradictions and conflict,the passive mood like separation and puzzle in work cause their healthy worse and worse.The healthy problem are urgently to solve from its behavior and the life style,the scientific physical training should be token as an important life style,unceasingly raises health-care consciousness,establish integrity systematic health care method,grasp the healthy right,the responsibility and the destiny in one own hand,so as to safeguard harmony and health of body and mind. |
