Domestic court plays a special role in the international legal order.With International law's evolving from the self-help system among nations to the rule oriented system for the international community,domestic court becomes the goalkeeper between the international and domestic legal order.Domestic courts elaborate and apply the rules of international law,and supervise the implementation of international law by other national organs through judicial review;The recent development of the internal legal order makes domestic courts a kind of 'international' courts in some extent.In a way,domestic courts have been transformed into a kind of agent or even district court under the international legal order as the result of the new development of the universality principle,the international human right law and the international judicatory system.While domesuic courts belong to national organs,their potential impact on international legal order deserves our attention.
