| 摘 要： | 开展以实践“三个代表”重要思想为主要内容的保持共产党员先进性教育活动,是新形势下党中央在党建方面提出的重大战略部署和重要举措。在高等教育发展中,教师作为先进生产力和先进文化的弘扬者和推动者,作为青年学生健康成长的指导者和引路人,起着极其重要和关键的作用,教师队伍中的共产党员,对推动高等教育持续快速进程中作用更加巨大。鉴于教师职业的特殊性,如何体现先进性,怎样才能发挥先锋模范作用已是摆在高校师资队伍建设的一个重要课题。
