| 摘 要： | 一个国家的经济发展和综合国力提高与该国管理水平的发展与提高是同步的,没有科学的管理,就不可能有现代社会的一切重大成就。社会科学研究的发展和创新同样需要科学的管理。而目前我国高校社科研究管理存在着许多与新形势不相适应的问题,要解决这些问题,需要管理理念的创新、管理体制的创新以及管理创新人才的培养等。
