| Abstract: | From the angle of overall comparison, the article makes a distinction between the regulations of lawyers in the two legal systems. The article expounds such issues as the type of lawyers, their functions, the acquisition of their license, the discipline and punishment of lawyers, and so on. On the basis, the article points out the successful experiences to consummate the regulation of lawyers in our country. |
