| 摘 要： | 农村贫困地区社会救助制度建设是社会救助体系建设的难点,也将成为社会主义新农村建设的重点。本文对安仁县农村社会救助现状及困境进行了分析,并指出走出困境的出路在于资金来源渠道创新、体系创新、制度创新、组织创新。
