| 摘 要： | 党校函授教学工作中,管理类的专业和课程占据着很重要的位置。当前函授学员政治觉悟较高、求知欲较强,但存在年龄偏大、知识水平参差不齐等问题。因此,党校函授在管理类课程教学中,应充分发挥管理类学科的实践性、创新性和艺术性等特点,紧密结合党的路线方针政策,探索合理的教学模式,以取得更好的教学效果。

| Abstract: | Most of the courses offered by the correspondence school belong to the management category.To teach such courses well,teachers need,in accordance the Party's line,general and specific policies,and the characteristics of correspondence students,to explore proper teaching methods paying great attention to giving full scope to the practicality,innovativeness and artistry of such courses. |
