| 摘 要： | 现代性被看做是动态的现代化过程的本质、属性及结果。警察的现代性则是在现代警察制度发轫、成型及其特征日渐清晰的过程中逐渐显现的 ,警察的现代性是警察制度现代化的结果。警察现代性特征包括警察职能的独立化、警察组织的系统化、警察职权的法治化、警察职业的专业化和警察装备的专门化等。

| Abstract: | Modernity is the fruit of modernization,and is the essential attribute of the process and completion of modernization. With the institution of modern police beginning and being mature,the modernity of police has been appearing. Based on the key concepts,the article shows the process that the institution of modern police be translated from the beginning to the mature,and observes and studies the beginning and character of modernity of police. |
